Warranty

BELOVEN is proud of its strict quality standards in which its enamelled cast iron cookware is made.  So proud, we offer a limited lifetime guarantee from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original owner.

The lifetime warranty covers all faulty workmanship, functional and material defects when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions.

The warranty does not cover improper uses of the product, disregard for the products care instructions, general wear and tear, discolouration through misuse or excessive use in the dishwashing machine and commercial use.

Please ensure you register to activate your warranty as soon as possible, you can do this here.  You will require proof of purchase via receipt or sale slip to activate your warranty or to make any claim.

BELOVEN will assess complaints and concerns and decide at its own discretion whether they are covered by the BELOVEN warranty.  If the warranty is applicable the product will either be repaired or have defective parts replaced with an identical one free of charge.  If the product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a comparable product from the range.
